For foreign nationals, we may collect nationality, passport information, and visa status as required by Philippine law for property transactions. This information is used solely for transaction compliance and is not shared with third parties except as required by Philippine law, including the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) and relevant regulatory bodies.
We do not sell personal data. We may share your information with: property developers or landlords (only with your consent for specific inquiries); licensed brokers assisting in your transaction; legal and title companies facilitating property transfers; regulatory authorities when required by Philippine law. All third parties are required to maintain data confidentiality.
